We have introduced an all-new dashboard feature that will give you a high-level overview of what’s going on in the day-to-day of your jewelry business.

This view features a number of new reporting features that will highlight different sections of your business.

- Sales Tab

Introducing the all-new ‘Sales’ tab, where you can get all of the updates related to your sales performance.

You can filter this entire view by specific clients or dates, which update the entire view automatically once you select. From there, you can see the full breakout of new reporting capabilities from seeing where you are at in sales (by $ or count), see the breakout of what types of transactions you’re processing or even the distribution of how much of certain product types you’re selling. Cap that off with a list of recent transactions for reference and ability to quickly dive into details.

- Repairs Tab

Welcome to the all-new Repairs tab, where much like the Sales tab you can see the breakout of information on your repairs business. You can filter down by client or by date again, and the view automatically updates. The types of information will range from how many repairs you’ve taken in, money you’re making off of repairs, a breakout of your closed repairs by type and seeing the distribution of what types of repairs you’ve been doing the most of.

Lastly, we leave you with a list of most recent open repairs to jump into detail if you need to.

- Inventory Tab

Lastly, you have the ability to track how your inventory is doing. You have the ability to filter by the particular item’s inventory or a date range of your selection, which automatically updates the dashboard.

This view will highlight how much inventory you have on hand, how long it’s been on hand (on average), a glimpse into your inventory health (this measures overall supply and demand health - i.e. are your sales digging into your inventory too much or vice-versa) and this feature also includes what types of inventory requests you process the most of so you can assess inventory process.

  1. Updated User Experience and Simplified Navigation

The entire application has gotten an update for look and feel. We have simplified the navigation on the left and provided descriptions of the areas of the product you are navigating to. We moved out the accordion menu to a secondary navigation for ease of use. In addition, we have built in ‘Quick Actions’ at the top of the screen for common work being done in the app for quickly getting work done.

  • Browse Inventory
  • Finding and creating transactions
  • Finding and creating clients
  • Running Reports

Note: We have also moved our help documentation to the ‘?’ icon at the top right next the user icon for quick reference as well.

  1. New Filter Menu for ‘My Dashboard’

Filters have been moved to a side menu labeled ‘Filters’ and now include the list of filters to slice and dice the data in the dashboard by key pieces of information.

  1. Enabled Serial Number Field on Memo View

Serial numbers are now available on the Memo detail view for quick reference.

You can now add Partners as a filter criteria for Inventory reports, which is now located directly below the date range.
