Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue with sales tax rates getting rounded up on e-commerce orders
- Fixed an issue where warning notes would display on all tabs on client details
- Fixed an issue where the first column on the Daily Summary report would be disproportionately large compared to the rest of the report
- Fixed an issue where the Salesperson Performance report returned null on printed copies
- Fixed an issue where the Gross Profit % column wouldn’t export correctly on the Salesperson Performance report

New Features and Feature Enhancements:
- Added the ability to run a Spot Inventory by Vendor
Inventory users now have the ability to run a physical inventory for a specific vendor rather than running the full physical inventory.
- Added an all-new Purchase Order report
Users can now run a report to see purchase orders in Crystal with the ability to filter down and customize the report.
- Revamped the overall user experience for the E-Commerce Settings view
Simplified the overall experience for setting up your e-commerce integration and selecting what you want to sync to your e-commerce web store.
- Changed the reference to SKU in Crystal to be Stock #’s
Across the entirety of the Crystal application SKUs has been replaced with the terminology of Stock #.
- Support for Inventory on Jobs
Inventory users now have the ability to run physical inventory of items that are currently in an open job request so users can count products that are withheld on job inventory.
- Add an option to remove store credit from the Accounts Receivable report
Accounting users now have the option to have store credit shown and counted in the Accounts Receivable report or hide those metrics.
- Separated permissions for Adjustment Transactions & Manual Store Credit Adjustments
What was previously a combination permission has now been split into two different permissions that can be enabled/disabled for roles in Crystal. One permission specifically for use of Adjustment Transactions (Can Manage Adjustments) and one for allowing Manual Store Credit Adjustments (Can Add Store Credit Adjustment).
- Add the Master Product # field to the Inventory Report
Added the ability to include the Master Product # field on the Inventory report as a column.
- Added support for taxation in Canada [Canadian Customers Only]
Support for correct taxation and usage across Crystal’s Point of Sale, receipt templates and inventory management system for Canadian customers.
- Added title and date range options for all report exports
On all report exports, when you click to ‘Export’ you are prompted with two new options to add the report title and date ranges to the top of the exported file type for the Crystal report.
- Added Days On Hand field to the Sales Items report
Users can now select to add the Days On Hand field to the Sales Items report via the Filter menu.
- Added the ability to return back to your search results on Browse Inventory
When users are using the Browse Inventory feature, they now have the ability to select to view an item then click back and return to the same spot in Browse Inventory when they selected an item (i.e. returning back to where you were in the list rather than going back to the top of the view).
- Added Margin % as a field on the Inventory Report
Users now have the ability to add Margin % as a field/column that can be used on the Inventory report.
- Updated Shopify Integration to support latest Shopify API changes
Crystal has updated all API integrations to be in compliance with latest Shopify API versions for product sync and order sync, as of the August 2023 release.
- Support for all Variant & Attribute features across all e-commerce integrations
Added the new variant and attribute features across all three e-commerce integrations for Crystal: Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce.
- Added an all-new Organization Profile view
Business owners or system administrators can now add organizational level detail for their business entity, which can then be used for building receipts, job tickets and more. This alleviates a lot of manual entry on documents generated across Crystal.
- Added a new feature to allow users to convert memos to assets
Inventory users now have the ability to take items that have come in on Memo and be able to convert that to an asset that becomes part of their inventory via the new Convert to Asset flow.
- Added a new accounting report called Daily On Account report
Accounting users now have the ability to track daily the credits and debits that get applied to their On Account balances for their clients. Quickly seeing the total balance owed along with daily changes.
- Fixed the user experience on the Daily Summary view to pin column headers when scrolling
Revamped the user experience for the Daily Summary view so when users scroll you don’t lose the titles to the columns upon scroll. They are now fixed and always visible for reference.
- Added the ability to ensure that hidden/allocated products are hidden from e-commerce sync
The e-commerce sync features will now follow the rules applied for hidden inventory and allocated products, ensuring that those products NEVER get synced and displayed on e-commerce.
- Added Transaction Type and First Purchase Date to Clients report
On the Clients report, users now have the ability to filter by a client’s First Purchase Date or by the Transaction Type they want to see specifically.
- Added First Purchase Date and Most Recent Purchase Date field to the Client detail view
On the Client details page, you can now see when a client first purchased from your store and the date of their most recent purchase as well.
- Added the new Online Price field for e-commerce sync
The online price sync is now flagged to get sent over as a part of the e-commerce product sync flow and will display in its corresponding fields on the e-commerce applications.
- Added On Hand Qty field to the Merchandise Items report
Inventory users now have the ability to add On Hand Qty as a field/column to their Merchandise Items reports and layouts for reference.
- Added the Serial Number field to the Job Info tab on Repairs
Users now have the ability to use the serial number field on the Job Info tab when working in a Repair transaction.
