Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where canceled transactions were showing up as voided
- Fixed an issue where Accounts Receivable KPIs were showing up as negative values

New Features and Feature Enhancements:
- Added the ability to see the total closed value for transactions for a client with the repair totals included
Users can now see the total sold amount to a particular client which includes total closed sales and returns with the money made on repairs with a new ‘Transaction Total’ metric on the Client Detail view.
- Added the ability to specify the Client Source on the Create Client flow
When creating a new client users can now select and add the client source information.
- Added the ability to see On Account balance and Collections payments to the Point of Sale flow
Users now have the ability to check on On Account balances and collection payments against those balances from within the transaction view itself.
- Added an administrator setting for Jewelers Mutual Care Plans to enable/disable the Care Plan flow from populating on each transaction
Added the ability for administrators whether the Jewelers Mutual flow automatically generates when a transaction is created from the Preferences view in Admin.

When doing an Inventory on Jobs in Crystal, the location field is now static as designed.

Administrators can now restrict access to which of their users has access to see client’s contact information.

Administrators can now leverage a new role-based permission to restrict administrator access to change user roles within Crystal.
- All-new Transaction Summary view is now available
On a client record, there is now a simplified view in order to get information about what a particular client’s spending habits with your organization have been along with a breakdown of their full transaction history. Previously, this was two separate views which are available from one easy-to-use screen.
- Added a new feature to the e-commerce integrations that will automatically trigger a full product sync when a Vendor gets updated for a product
When editing the vendor associated with a product and saving, that change will trigger an update for e-commerce sync so the new vendor associated gets updated on your website. This ONLY applies to products and vendors that are permitted to go sync with your e-commerce website.
- Added a flag on merchandise received records when an item comes in that is tied to an open order
When creating a new merchandise received record, if you are bringing in a Stock # or new inventory associated with a Stock # that is tied to an open order you will be notified while creating the merchandise received record.
- Added additional filter capabilities to exports on the Daily Summary view
Users can now select to include the report titles and filters as well as extended details (information that is collapsible in the Daily Summary view - such as On Account, Sales Tax breakouts and Collection Payments sections).
- Moved adjustments and gift card transactions to ‘Money Held’ on the Daily Summary view
Store credit adjustments and gift card-related transactions have now been moved to the ‘Money Held’ section of the Daily Summary to allow for only selected nonstock and physical item transactions to get recorded in the Transactions section.
- Added product allocation support on the Physical Inventory capabilities
The Physical Inventory feature now fully supports the allocated products flow in Crystal.
